What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you provide — name, company, email address, telephone number and your project description. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.

Our web server records standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) used for security and to keep the site working. This website sets no marketing or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, then for the period required for our legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where needed to deliver a service you have asked for or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing of it. Email the data controller address above and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Aerial imagery

Our survey and inspection work captures aerial imagery of client sites. Where imagery incidentally includes people or private property beyond the commissioned site, we handle it in line with UK GDPR and CAA requirements, and we do not publish client project imagery without permission.
